Join the HIGHFIVE project for a two-day field visit to Bordeaux, one of the world’s most iconic wine regions, where centuries of winemaking tradition meet cutting-edge innovation.
The second day will focus on sustainability and next-gen logistics in the wine sector.
We’ll visit Sicsoe, a logistics leader in wine traceability and transport, and explore innovative approaches to carbon reduction at W Platform. A winery visit (TBC) will showcase sustainable vineyard management practices, followed by a tasting and local lunch.
The visit will wrap up with a vibrant celebration at the Bordeaux Wine Festival, bringing together culture, community, and wine innovation along the Garonne.
